UW-Green Bay Medication Consultation for Instructors (Distance Learning via Zoom)
UW-Green Bay Medication Administration instructors are required to complete a medication consultation every two years. University of Wisconsin–Green Bay approved consultant Cyndi Laessig of CrewPath Journeys is authorized to conduct medication consultations through distance learning via Zoom. On the day of your class, you will join the Zoom link provided and position your camera so the consultant can clearly observe your instruction and class activities. Following successful completion of your class observation, the official UW-Green Bay Medication Consultation form will be completed and submitted.
